Marketing that fills the chair, and stays inside the rules.

For implant and cosmetic dental clinics, multi-site dental groups, and specialist surgical and aesthetic clinics. We run patient acquisition as one system, from search and ads to the enquiry, the booking and the follow-up, and we check advertising rules before anything goes live.

01 — The problem

High-value treatments, costly patients, strict rules.

01

Acquisition is expensive

Searches for implants and cosmetic treatment are among the most competitive in local advertising. Every enquiry that isn't answered quickly is money spent twice.

02

Enquiries leak

Patients call, fill in forms and message on social media. Without tracking from the ad to the booked consultation, you can't tell which marketing works, or where people drop away.

03

The rules are strict, and getting stricter

Section 133 of the National Law, Ahpra's advertising guidelines, the guidelines for non-surgical cosmetic procedures that took effect on 2 September 2025, and the ban on advertising prescription-only medicines to the public all apply. Plenty of agencies say "Ahpra-compliant" without showing how.

02 — What we do

Patient acquisition, run as one system.

01

Search and AI search for treatments

Treatment and location pages that answer patients' real questions, a Google Business Profile for each site, and structured data so search engines and AI assistants describe you accurately.

02

Google and Meta campaigns

Campaigns for consultations in high-value treatments, with creative written within the rules and budgets tracked to booked appointments.

03

The enquiry journey

Call tracking, fast responses, booking links and follow-up automation, so fewer enquiries go cold between the ad and the chair.

04

Recall and reactivation

Email and SMS programs for existing patients who have agreed to hear from you, bringing people back for check-ups and the next stage of treatment.

05

AI assistants for the front desk

Assistants that answer questions about hours, fees, parking and booking, draft replies for your team, and pass every clinical question to a clinician.

06

Reporting that ends at bookings

One dashboard from ad spend to enquiries to booked consultations, by treatment and by location.

03 — Compliance in the workflow

We don't claim compliance. We show the checks.

Every public asset is reviewed against the rules on this list before it goes live, and the review is recorded. Department and Department+ clients receive the review log.

  • Testimonials. No testimonials about clinical aspects of care in advertising, including reposted patient reviews (National Law, s133).
  • Claims. Nothing false, misleading or likely to create an unreasonable expectation of benefit.
  • Offers. Gifts, discounts and other inducements only with their terms stated, and nothing that encourages unnecessary treatment.
  • Titles. Protected titles such as "specialist" used only where registration supports them.
  • Medicines. No advertising of prescription-only medicines to the public.
  • Cosmetic procedures. Imagery, claims and audience targeting checked against the cosmetic procedure guidelines, including the 2025 guidelines for non-surgical procedures.
  • Privacy. Patient information handled under the Privacy Act, and never used to target advertising.

We're marketers, not lawyers. Responsibility for advertising a regulated health service sits with practitioners, and when something needs legal advice, we'll tell you.

05 — Questions

What practices ask us.

Can you guarantee our marketing is Ahpra-compliant?

No one can honestly guarantee that, and it's worth being wary of anyone who does. What we do is check every public asset against s133 of the National Law, Ahpra's advertising guidelines and, where relevant, the cosmetic procedure guidelines before it goes live, and keep a record of each review. Responsibility for advertising stays with the practitioner, and when something needs legal advice, we'll say so.

Can we use patient reviews in our marketing?

Not reviews about clinical care. Section 133 prohibits using testimonials to advertise a regulated health service, and that includes reposting patient reviews about treatment on your website or social media. Patients can still leave reviews on independent platforms. We focus on what you can say: clear information about treatments, your team's qualifications and experience, and what patients can expect.

Do you work with practice management software?

Yes, within what each system allows. We connect enquiry forms, call tracking and booking data so you can see which marketing produces booked consultations, not just enquiries.

Which package suits a dental practice?

Most single-site practices start on Growth. Practices with several dentists, several chairs or more than one location usually fit Department. Groups with four or more sites suit Department+.

Can you advertise cosmetic injectables?

Prescription-only medicines can't be advertised to the public in Australia, which rules out naming most anti-wrinkle injections in advertising. We promote consultations and treatment categories in ways the rules allow, and follow the 2025 guidelines for non-surgical cosmetic procedures on imagery, claims and offers.
